Store Dates

The online store will be open from October 24th to November 5th (until 9:00 PM).
Once the store closes, all orders will be collected and sent to production. Please note that no additional orders or changes can be made after the closing date.

Production and Stock

All orders are made to order once the store closes. If there are any manufacturer backorders or stock issues with your items, we’ll reach out to you directly to discuss options or alternatives.

Sizing

Sizing charts are provided as a general guide only and may not reflect personal fit preferences. Please double-check your selections before submitting your order — once it’s placed, we’re unable to make adjustments.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.

All Sales Final

Because all items are custom-made, all sales are final. We’re unable to accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once orders are submitted.

That said, if your garment arrives incorrect (not the item or size you ordered) or damaged, we’ll gladly arrange an exchange for the correct item at no extra cost.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and include your order number along with a short description or photo of the issue.

Order Pickup

You can expect an email from us approximately 3–4 weeks after the store closes with pickup or delivery details for your order.
